Equal Eyes Vision Services has been a premier contract company in North Carolina for nearly a decade and has focused on quality services from passionate providers who care. Equal Eyes Vision Services is owned and directed by Kim Hudson, veteran Teacher of the Visually Impaired and Orientation and Mobility Specialist. Kim leads a team of providers who serve children and adults across North Carolina.

We are pleased to announce that Equal Eyes is changing its name and broadening its focus to also serve students with hearing loss. The new name of the company is Equalize Sensory Services, which will be dedicated to providing services for students with sensory loss, to ensure that no child who is deaf, hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired goes unserved or underserved.

The Deaf/HH Team will be led by a strong HI leader and will be fully supported, while the VI Team will continue to be led by Kim and Annette. We are building our Team for the 2021-22 school year now and are seeking VI and HI providers for full-time (35-40 hours/week), ½ time (~20 hours/week), ¼ time (less than 10 hours/week) and even those who serve just a few hours per month. Contracting is rewarding, lucrative and provides flexibility and balance for providers.
